Acceptable Use.

The basics

Use the Services lawfully and in good faith. Don't use them to harm others, break the law, or interfere with how the platform works for other customers.

You may not

• Break any law or regulation, or infringe anyone's intellectual property, privacy, or other rights.
• Create, upload, or generate content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, hateful, or that sexualizes or endangers minors.
• Generate malware, exploits, phishing pages, or anything designed to deceive, defraud, or compromise systems or people.
• Send spam or unsolicited bulk messages, including through the SMS or email features, or contact people who haven't consented.
• Impersonate a person or organization, or present AI-generated output as human-authored where the law requires disclosure.
• Use outputs to make automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects (credit, employment, housing, healthcare) without appropriate human review and safeguards.
• Attempt to access accounts, data, or systems you're not authorized to; probe, scan, or breach security; or bypass usage limits, credit metering, rate limits, or the free-trial allowance.
• Scrape, resell, sublicense, or white-label the Services or their output except as expressly permitted.
• Overload or disrupt the infrastructure, or use automated means to place undue load on the platform.

AI provider rules also apply

The AI features run on third-party models. Your use must also comply with those providers' usage policies (for example, OpenAI's). Content those providers prohibit is prohibited here too.

Your responsibility for what you publish

AI output can be wrong. If you publish a generated website or use generated content, you're responsible for reviewing it for accuracy, rights, and compliance before it goes live.

Enforcement

If you violate this policy, we may remove content, throttle or suspend features, or suspend or terminate your account — with or without notice, depending on the severity and any legal obligations. We may also report unlawful activity to the authorities.
