Subscription & Billing.

How paid plans, one-time builds, and support passes are billed — including renewals, cancellation, and refunds. These terms are part of our Terms of Service.

Plans and pricing

Paid plans and add-ons are shown on our pricing pages. Prices are in U.S. dollars and exclude taxes unless stated. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; by subscribing you authorize recurring charges to your payment method.

Billing cycle and renewal

Subscriptions bill in advance on a recurring basis (monthly unless stated otherwise) and renew automatically until you cancel. Each renewal charges the payment method on file at the then-current price.

AI usage

  • Your plan's monthly fee includes AI usage — agent chat, the Website Builder, and API access — for normal business use. There's no separate meter you need to manage or top up.
  • Usage is monitored automatically to keep the platform stable and fair for everyone; sustained, unusually high volume may require moving to a higher plan.
  • The Website Builder includes a limited number of free generations before an active plan is required.

Cancellation

You can cancel anytime from your account or by emailing contact@westhillsai.agency. Cancellation stops future renewals; your plan stays active until the end of the current paid period, after which paid features end. We don't provide prorated refunds for partial periods unless required by law.

Refunds

Except where required by law, subscription fees and one-time build fees are non-refundable. IT support passes and plans are described on the Support page. If something was charged in error, contact us and we'll make it right.

Price changes

We may change prices or plan contents. We'll give reasonable notice before a change affects your renewal, and the new price applies from your next billing cycle.

Failed payments and suspension

If a payment fails, we may retry it and may suspend paid features until it clears. Extended non-payment may result in downgrade or account closure.

Taxes

You're responsible for any applicable sales, use, or VAT/GST taxes, which may be added at checkout based on your location.
